Went to the newest Indonesian restaurant last week, Pondok Cabe-Cabean, which was located at Celentang street. We always love to eat Indonesian food though there were so many new modern restaurants that sell cafe's foods.
And this is what our table looks like. It looks that we had so many food here, but the portion actually was really small, it was just enough for one or two people sharing.

The design of the restaurant uses the traditional way with some cottages where we sit at the floor. But, they also had some tables and chairs for who do not like to sit at the floor.
The taste of the food was delicious, good seasoning, perfectly cooked. But, the most special one was the sambal. Pondok Cabe-Cabean offers around 15 kinds of sambal in their menu. I ordered just two of them, the sambal tempe and sambal PonCe. The sambal PonCe was the best, it was super spicy and really flavorful, though it was a bit oily.
Price per portion was also really affordable, it was around Rp. 5,000 for the vegetable, Rp. 15,000 for the fish, chicken and prawn, Rp. 3,000 for the sambal. In my opinion, the price was cheap with the good quality of the food.
