Went to Imperial Resto, the newest seafood place in town last weekend with my family.

Leng Hong Kien - Rp. 40,000

We ordered the Leng Hong Kien which are prawn ball with mayonnaise as our appetizer. It was good, crispy but still goewy on the inside.

Gurame 3 Rasa - Rp. 98,000

The three flavor fish was deep-fried fish with sauce on top of it. The sauce was delicious with sweet, sour and spicy flavor. Unfortunately, the fish was fishy, smelly, not fresh at all.

Brocolli with Mushroom - Rp. 35,000

Tofu Special Imperial - Rp. 37,500

The brocolli and the tofu was so so. Both sauce taste the same in my mouth. The brocolli looked pale and unappetizing. They used the Japanese tofu that was deep fried before they put the sauce on it. What was good that it had a bit of salted fish which added extra flavor to it.

Imperial Fried Chicken - Rp. 40,000

The chicken was over-fried until it was too dry. Not pleased about it at all. Hmm.

There was not many people eating here though it was weekend. I think it was because there was no advertising when opening the restaurant. Beside, the taste was not too excellent in my opinion. What was so good about this restaurant was the service. We did not wait for long time till our food came to our table. Beside, the waiter seemed to be friendly and good at explaining the menu.
