I was so excited for this week since there were so many new eating places opened in my city. Yihaaaa~
Last weekend, I visit the No. 1 dessert house in Taiwan, Blackball. Here, it was located in the Rajawali Village, just beside the Liberica Cafe.
After seeing through the menu, we decided to order their signature.

They have many toppings to choose on, from the bubble to seeds for the healthier dessert choices. Also, you can opt for the warm dessert if you do not like the icy one. But here in Palembang, with the super hot weather, we immediately decided to have the cold one.
I really love the way the waiter put every components together neatly and cleanly. Moreover, their staffs were also friendly. Not like my visit before (not in the Palembang's one) which was only mainly focus on their speed, but forgot about the beauty of the plating itself!
The price range was around Rp. 30,000 per bowl. For the taste, it was really refreshing and well-balanced of the sweetness. The boba bubble was perfectly chewy, the pudding was super silky, the red bean was good enough for my liking. I do not really like the taro and the sweet potato ball which was a bit mushy and flabby. The matcha ice cream was good, creamy and not too strong, perfect in my opinion.
