After passing by this Japanese eating place a few times, finally we decided to walk in and give it a try. It was a small building local Japanese restaurant at Radial street near the Palembang Indah Mall. What we love is that Warung Bingoeng Japanese allow you to decide your spiciness level for their ramen.

Maboh Ramen - Rp. 30,000

The maboh ramen was contained of the tofu and minced beef. For this ramen, we decided to have the level 10. The soup was a bit thick than the usual one. And it was super spicy!!

Suki Ramen - Rp. 30,000

This one was one of their signature dish, Suki Ramen. This one was my brother's and he decided to have level 5 out of 10 for the spiciness. At the first, the broth seemed to be so sweet, but after eating a few mouthful, it changed to spicy! Unique, huh?

Salmon Katsu Don - Rp. 30,000

And this was a salmon katsu don. It was basically deep fried salmon on top of the rice, served with miso soup and salad. The salmon katsu was not crispy since it was sauce on top of it. Luckily, the sauce was delicious, with a bit of sweetness and saltiness flavors.

Grilled Gyoza - Rp. 15,000

The gyoza was a bit disappointing. Actually the taste was not that bad, but the looks of the plating made it not appetizing.

Just a quick points review for Warung Bingoeng in my opinion.
Taste: 7/10 (everything taste good surprisingly!)
Service: 6/10 (just so so)
Ambience: 5/10
